Titan America made four appointments within its executive structure
Titan America made four executive team appointments, effective Sept. 7.
Hardy Johnson was appointed to the newly created position of chief government and public affairs officer. With more than 20 years in the industry, Johnson has served as president of Titan America's Florida business unit since 2000. He is a former chair of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, the Florida Concrete Products Association and was recently honored with the FCPA's Bill Hicklin Lifetime Achievement Award. In his new role, Johnson will coordinate Titan America's company-wide government and public affairs strategies, plans and actions.
Pat Borders, currently president of Titan America's business, separations technologies, will assume the position of president, Tarmac America. Borders joined the company in 1997.
In other organizational changes, Randy Dunlap will serve as president, Separations Technologies LLC and Essex Cement Co. while maintaining his current position as vice president of Separation Technologies, southern region sales and operations. Dunlap has been with Titan America since 2005.
Tim Kuebler was promoted to senior vice president, cement and aggregates for Tarmac America, reporting to Pat Borders. Kuebler joined Titan America in 2003 as vice president, cement and aggregates sales and marketing. In 2010, he was elected FCPA chairman.
