KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens Release New SuperStacker

KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens released the new generation SuperStacker, its latest model of telescoping stackers designed to minimize stockpile segregate and increase stockpile capacity. The new SuperStacker was launched at the company’s National Dealer Conference, held Sept. 16-19 in Eugene, Ore., and attended by Rock Products.

ACS Valves

Designed specifically for rugged applications generating harsh or abrasive dusts, the CI Series of rotary valves from ACS Valves provides processing operations continuous performance, reduced maintenance and optimal energy efficiency. CI Series valve housings are cast in North America to ensure superior strength in the composition and solidification of the housing’s metallurgy. The CI Series 8-vane rotor design improves process energy efficiency by minimizing pressure loss throughout the system. ACS variable frequency drives modulate drive speed and reduce power requirements based on the fluctuating performance needs of the system.

Flexco Offers Ceramic Pulley Lagging, Flex-Lag Adhesives

Flexco offers new Flex-Lag Medium Ceramic Pulley Lagging and Flex-Lag Adhesives. The Medium Ceramic Pulley Lagging features 39 percent tile coverage, which complements the existing Full Ceramic and Diamond Ceramic that provide 80 percent and 15 percent coverage, respectively. Adhesives, with a two-part cold-bond system, round out the new Flexco offering by providing the bonding system to complete the lagging installation.
