ATF Hosts RAM Surface Blasting Course The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) recently hosted R. A. McClure Inc.’s (RAM Inc.) premier Surface Blasting Course at the National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) at the Redstone Arsenal, located in Huntsville, Ala.
