MIXLink allows Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) plants to remotely monitor and report day-by-day production data through a cloud-based dashboard application. MIXLink is designed to offer users real-time visibility into key process indicators (KPIs) such as Btu/ton, energy cost/ton, etc. In addition conditional alerts, technician routing and compliance data gathering become automated. The MIXLInk base unit connects directly to the PLC that runs the HMA plant. Anything the PLC interacts with can now be transferred to the cloud and the MIXLink dashboard. The base unit has 50 tags but more can be added to cover all the variables you want to monitor.

The new Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) is an air swept fine grinding system that has improved particle size distribution when compared to a traditional ball mill or old style vertical roller mill, notes the company. Consistent wear and long-life grinding zone components allows this Stedman VRM fine grinder to deliver consistent results, crucial to maximizing efficiency and profitability of end products. The grinding system has been designed to economically grind a variety of materials including: rock dust, activated carbon, calcium carbonate, coal, lime, activated carbon and pet coke. Four sizes are available from 10 to 150 hp.

The new Superior Industries Zipline Conveyor will be on display at the Central Hall booth. It is a low-cost alternative to traditional custom-engineered overland conveyors, designed for quick installation. Pre-engineered and available immediately on demand from company dealers, the system is a complete package with the structure and an accessories kit that includes idlers, pulleys and an Exterra Primary Belt Cleaner. The TeleStacker Conveyor with New XTP Axle, Razer Tail Truck Unloader, and Portable Screening Plant will be displayed at the Platinum Lot booth.
