Major Wire will display its Flex-Mat 3 High-Performance Screen Media in Tensioned (pictured) and Modular versions. Show attendees will be able to discover how the Flex-Mat 3 is significantly increasing production in a wide range of screening operations from one of the most advanced automated new quarries in the world to a wildcat gold operation in the Yukon. Flex-Mat 3 is available in both tensioned and modular panels so woven wire, polyurethane and rubber users can benefit from its non-blinding and pegging capabilities while also increasing in-spec production. Other products on display will be the OptimumWire Woven Wire, Double-Weave Woven Wire, Flex-Mat 3 Double-Wire, and HyperSlot.
McLanahan will be showcasing its capabilities in dry and wet processing, as well as premiering its brand-new capabilities in crushing with two new product introductions. The first will be a cone crusher, and the second is McLanahan’s re-invention of the single-toggle/overhead eccentric jaw crusher. McLanahan has developed a line of hard rock jaw crushers with major design innovations that will change the operation of a primary crushing station from a low to a high productivity element in the processing system. The first size in the series, a 44- x 50-in., will be on display in the booth highlighting what makes this new jaw crusher design safer, simpler and smarter than any that is currently on the market.

McNeilus Standard and Bridgemaster mixers, and Oshkosh front discharge mixers, are built for the rugged construction environment. These vehicles now feature expanded CNG configurations, improved systems efficiencies, and an ever-greater focus on safety and serviceability. McNeilus is making CNG work even harder for its customers.
The highlight of Metso’s booth will be a new two-in-one model belonging to its innovative Lokotrack product group. This new mobile equipment reduces transportation costs and set-up time while delivering optimum fuel efficiency. It is designed to work together with the Lokotrack LT106 mobile jaw plant, which will also be showcased at the booth. The Lokotrack ST2.8 mobile screen will also be on display. The ST2.8 is ideal for recycling and multi-stage crushing applications, offering improved material separation with more precision and reduced fuel consumption. Metso’s booth will also highlight some of the company’s impressive milestones.

The new Model MR-7 Screener with its compact, highly-efficient design is specially engineered for conveyor-type installations. Scheduled to be introduced at the company’s booth, the double-deck MR-7 allows materials to be separated from an approximately 1-in. opening on the top deck to a separation down to 1/8-in. opening on the bottom screening deck. This deck combination with end-tensioned panels provides a screening unit that can effectively handle sand, gravel, crushed stone, and many other industrial-type materials. The MR-7 Screener (48- x 84-in.) comes complete with 2-hp, 230/460-volt, 3-Phase, 60-cycle, 1750-RPM motor, V-drive components, and belt guard and conveyor installation carriage members.
