Cutting-edge products on display will include the Talon HVX Series Portable Vehicle Scale, which is constructed with multiple 10-in. and 12-in. Structural Steel I-beams. These massive supports, coupled with the highest deflection rating on the market, notes the company, produce an extremely rigid and durable portable weighbridge. Fairbanks will also feature its FB2550 Driver Assist Terminal, designed to speed the vehicle-weighing process and reduce associated operating costs. By allowing drivers to remain inside their vehicles, the FB2550 DAT eliminates safety concerns and liabilities due to drivers walking across scale platforms and traffic lanes. Additionally, show attendees will be able to view the 1605T Series Remote Display, and to watch and discuss with experts how it operates.
Grasan Equipment Co.
Company will emphasize its “7 Points Design/Build Philosophy” for customized quarry systems at the show. The 7-Points Philosophy is customer-focused and is derived from design, experience, integrity, engineering, service, support, and ongoing communication before, during and after the system is up and running. Working with the customer as an autonomous manufacturer, Grasan will design all or part of a new system or upgrade and install integral parts of an existing system. Systems typically include portable or stationary jaw and/or impactor-based crushing, screening, conveying, storage and material handling equipment and structures. Grasan can supply equipment or work with equipment provided by or as designated by customers. The company can design from the ground-up or implement the customers’ basic ideas.
GreyStone’s new products include the recently released Unibody Fine Material Washing Screw and a portable dewatering screen with an Aggre-Dry style flume. The Unibody can be set up quickly, and consistently delivers thoroughly-cleaned aggregate, saving time and money for operations. Its one-piece body design features reconfigured wings that are welded to the tub, creating seamless water retention. Designed to be highly portable, the 36-in. x 25-ft. unibody design eliminates the need for extra highway permits. The unit is ready for production after only three simple steps: attaching the legs, connecting the water and plugging into a power source.
Hobart Brothers Co.
In addition to showcasing the newest filler metals for the construction, pipe and heavy-equipment manufacturing markets, the company will also be hosting live welding demonstrations. Visitors will have an opportunity to weld with new filler metals, as well as to meet with Hobart representatives to receive product recommendations and/or have their welding questions answered. New products to be displayed and demoed at the show include the following: Hobart Element family of low manganese wires; Hobart 610 stick electrodes; Hobart MEGAFIL seamless gas-shielded flux-cored and metal-cored wires; and Hobart FabCO 712M gas-shielded flux-cored wires. In addition, Hobart Brothers will display multiple hardfacing wires and stick electrodes.
Hoyt Wire Cloth
Several polyurethane screening systems and polyurethane screening surfaces are available from Hoyt. Both modular polyurethane screening media and tensioned polyurethane panels are available to suit customers’ specific screening application. Hoyt supplies replacement panels for most modular screening systems in sizes 1- x 1-ft., 1- x 2-ft. and 1- x 4-ft. Superior polyurethane composition and abrasion-resistant compounds are used by Hoyt to produce all of our replacement panels. Many tensioned panels are readily available to increase wear-life and improve screening efficiency in circumstances where material specifications frequently change. Heavy-duty impact panels can be supplied for the feed area, while greater production polyurethane-tensioned panels can be used on the discharge positions (pictured) where screening efficiency is the primary concern.
