Feb. 14, 2016 – KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens are offering PRO Service Training in Jaw and Impactor Assembly. The course takes place Feb. 23-25. This course consists of 25 percent classroom and 75 percent hands-on assembly training. Classroom training on the jaw crusher includes wear component replacement, closed-side-setting adjustment, lubrication and troubleshooting issues that affect efficiency. Classroom training on the impactor includes wear component replacement and troubleshooting issues that affect efficiency, including feed size, rotor speed and blow bar metallurgy.
The company strongly encourages attendees and other product support personnel to complete its free online PRO Training courses prior to attending factory schools. By completing online courses prior to arriving at the manufacturing facility, attendees will be able to spend more hands-on time outside the classroom.
